Nick Abrahams is one of Australia's leading technology lawyers, having worked on over $3 Billion of technology transactions since 2012. He is an angel investor and is a non-executive director of one of Australia's leading software companies, Integrated Research.

Nick is past President of the Australian Communications and Media Law Association. He is the only private practice lawyer on the Federal Government’s Consultative Working Group on Cyber Safety. He was appointed by the NSW Finance Minister to the government’s Procurement Advisory Board. He is a Non-Executive Director on ASX-listed Integrated Research (market cap approx. $200M). He is a director of the Institute for Economics and Peace, a not for profit dedicated to researching the linkage between peace and prosperity globally. The Institute is ranked in the top 15 Most Impactful Think Tanks in the world (with revenues < $5M). He is a Governor of the American Chamber of Commerce.

​He has started and exited several businesses and took time out from his legal career to be a creative executive at Warner Brothers in Los Angeles and chief operating officer in the listed dotcom group, Spike Networks. A former professional stand-up comic, Nick is a regular media commentator on technology issues. He writes columns on Technology Law for the Sydney Morning Herald, The Age & The Financial Review newspapers.
